Currently, there is no way to remove user from the list.

Currently, we need to type the exact text for conditions to match in the segment. There are times when we don't remember the exact text.

Lets say there are two lists, L1 and L2, and I want to create a segment of the users who are part of L1 but not L2

Need pre-built segments like users who didn't open any email in last 60 days, engaged users, etc. to reduce the effort required to create segmentation.

I want to use my active users for segmentation but it require multiple steps. I need to first create a static list of active users and then use the active user list to create user. Having a list in the segmentation drop down just like All Contacts will be a lot easier.
